![]() No customer service and didn’t even care that I was sitting right there. As I was finishing up my hair cut, he saw her texting on her phone by the chairs so he asked her again if she could come for a quick minute to talk to me and again was incredibly rude and said I’m too busy and walked away. When I mentioned to my hair stylist that I wanted to possibly come back for a hair color and tried to pull some girl named Desiree I believe to just give me quick tips on my hair color and she was so incredibly rude to him, I got second hand embarrassment for him! She rolled her eyes and said I’ll come back. The woman was sweet and walked me to the guy I was getting a haircut from. I had to go walk with wet hair back to the front to ask what am I supposed to do. They washed my hair and said okay your done and that was it. I just made an appointment with the next available hair stylist and it was my first time. I went for a haircut and everything was fine, but the employees expected me to know the entire process. I decided to try out this place for the first time and my experience was not the greatest. When I asked “So can you let me know exactly what you’re going to do? Because if you see here I don’t like how it looks” … more I ended up going in today (Thursday) I asked Rocco if I can switch up my hair and not be so blonde so we can just finish up today. I called the salon and asked if there was any opening at all because I didn’t like my hair( I was a bit frustrated and did speak in high tone to the receptionist) they had all the patience in the world. I had 3 different colors and it did not look cute. I asked if what he was doing would look cute he said yes “I got you” when I went home blow dried my hair and did it the next day. ![]() I said that’s fine but I told him that he should of called me to cancel instead because people get sick. The third time I went in he told me that he was feeling sick so he won’t be able to finish my hair & if it’s okay to do something quick. He explained the process… 3 to 4 sessions. ![]() I went in for a consult and he impressed me. I originally went to him recommended from someone. This review is about ROCCO! I had the worst experience ever today. She clearly listened when I mentioned my nerves and how I was hoping to hang onto as much length as possible- I so appreciated that! Having had stylists in the past that didn’t seem to listen to what I wanted, or that got a little overzealous with the scissors, I was so happy with Kailey’s patience, “chair-side manner”, and skill- I left feeling wonderful, like I had gotten back a little piece of what I lost during the isolation of the pandemic! My hair is healthy again, and the cut is lovely- so much easier to take care of… I actually enjoy blowdrying/styling my hair again! I’m scheduling another appointment with Kailey to get my hair dyed & color corrected from what I did myself using box dyes at home… It’s an hour drive from my home to Satori, but I’ll happily make that trip for the kindness & skill that Kailey exhibits! Worth it! :-)Service: HaircutI had an appointment for a haircut & color consultation with Kailey. This review is not for the Salon. ![]() I’m normally more adventurous with my hair, but I have been growing it for years, and it was down to the middle of my back…Kailey was again patient & kind, and gave me exactly what I had asked for- a beautiful, long, angled bob that rests just below my shoulders. I had told her that while I knew the only way to get rid of my bleach-damaged ends was to cut them, I was nervous about going so much shorter. In addition, the lower half of my long hair was damaged due to bleaching & highlights I had done prior to the pandemic… Kailey was empathetic & non-judgmental, and discussed with me the options available for coloring my hair with minimal damage (I had expressed that keeping my hair healthy and minimizing damage was a priority for me at this stage in my life).Next, after we reviewed a few pictures on my phone and discussed what I was looking for in a cut, Kailey gave my hair a relaxing shampoo & went to work with the scissors. I have grays that I need covered in the root area, and my mids-to-ends have been lightened/dyed with a box dye that I used during the pandemic when I wasn’t comfortable spending hours in a salon. I had received 2 very simple trims from other stylists during the pandemic, going to random stylists that I’d never used before I have absolutely let myself (and by extension my hair) go during the last year & a half! As a result, my hair was in need of a good cut, as well as an extensive coloring session to get it looking like something I’m happy with again!Kailey patiently listened as I asked questions & discussed what I was hoping to do with my hair. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had an appointment for a haircut & color consultation with Kailey. ![]()
